During a recent retreat, the Historic Warehouse District Board of Directors developed and committed to the idea of working towards the achievement of the following Five Big Ideas:

• Develop 4,000 more housing units by 2012
• Strengthen our Financial Partnerships
• Implement our Public Realm Initiative
• Consider Expansion to the Lake
• Build our Brand Awareness
