See living spaces with dramatic views of the lake and river, plus downtown's trendiest hotel. Feast on delicious food from many of Cleveland's finest restaurants. Enjoy festive entertainment to put you in a holiday spirit and a dessert reception to wind down the evening.
The kick-off reception will take place at Bridgeview Apartments, and tour locations will include 425 Lakeside, The Bingham, Bridgeview Apartments, the Erie Building and the Aloft Hotel Cleveland Downtown. The dessert reception will take place at Take 5 Rhythm & Jazz Tapas Lounge with musical entertainment by Blue Lunch.
Participating restaurants include Barley House, Bar Louie, Blue Point Grille, Brasa Grill, BRGR 9, The Blind Pig, Constantino's Market, D'Vine Wine Bar, Gillespie's Map Room, Johnny's Downtown, Liquid, Ken Stewart's East Bank, Taza Lebanese Grill and Tomo Sushi & Hibachi Restaurant & Lounge.
Tickets are $60 per person in advance, $75 at the door. Downtown residents are $45 per person in advance, $55 at the door. For groups of 10 or more, tickets are $50 per person.
Corporate Sponsorships are available for $1500 and receive sponsor recognition as well as ten tickets to the event.

$2 parking will be available at the SE corner of West 9th and St. Clair, courtesy of ABM Parking Services.

The Annual Holiday Tour in the Warehouse District attracts hundreds of attendees each year and benefits the Historic Warehouse District Development Corporation (HWDDC).

This popular festival has become a summertime tradition for residents of Northeast Ohio and a festive welcome to Cleveland visitors. The Festival offers delicious food from neighborhood restaurants, live music and entertainment all day long, a quality art show, art demonstrations, residential open houses, an architectural tour, unique street performers, corn hole, children's activities, Cleveland's Cutest Dog Contest & Fashion Show, community information booths and much more. Admission is FREE.
