SmallBox:  Downtown Market at Twilight

Shop, gather, hang, play and snack!  Rain, Shine, Snow or Sleet...so, Bundle up!

SmallBox is a marketplace featuring local retail stores made from converted shipping containers. Take a Hike Walking Tours

Returning in May 2015

Enjoy five, free, guided walking tours of the Warehouse District, Gateway District, PlayhouseSquare, Canal Basin Park in the Flats and the Civic Center.  Featuring actors and actresses portraying important Clevelanders from the past, these tours are a fun-filled way to explore downtown Cleveland.

11th Annual Warehouse District Street Festival

West Sixth Street/St. Clair Avenue

12 Noon to 8 PM

Featuring live music, delicious food from neighborhood restaurants and bars, an art show, residential open houses, children's activities, a variety of vendors and much much!  12,000 people attended the event in 2014.  Admission is free.  The event is supported in part by the residents of Cuyahoga County through a public grant from Cuyahoga Arts & Culture.

Artists interested in applying for the 2015 art show should request an application here.

16th Annual Holiday Tour

5:30 - 11:00 PM

Tour stunning examples of downtown living and new developments. Feast on delicious food from many of Cleveland's finest restaurants. Enjoy festive entertainment to put you in a holiday spirit and a dessert reception to wind down the evening with music, fun and delectable pastries.

2014 tour sites included Bridgeview Apartments, The Bingham, Erie Building, Grand Arcade, Portside Distillery & Brewery, The Western Reserve Building (once the office of Samuel Mather; home to the Ferchill Group) and a peek at HWDDC's innovative retail project Small Box. The dessert reception was held at Holy Craft!.

Participating restaurants included Bar Louie, Barley House, Blue Point Grille, Brasa Grill, Constantino's Market, Dive Bar, D'Vine Wine Bar, Hanabi, Liquid, Mallorca, Osteria di Valerio & Al, Taza Lebanese Grill, Take 5 Rhythm & Jazz Tapas Lounge, TOMO Sushi & Hibachi and The Willeyville.
