The staff of the Historic Warehouse District Development Corporation has developed specific expertise in project development from planning and conception, to design and development finance. Since the early 1980s, the District has seen over $400 million in incremental development – first in the adaptive re-use of historic structures and more recently in new construction projects to be incorporated into the historic district.
